JULÄINE — Collagen Stimulator
JULÄINE Restorative Radiance is a collagen-stimulating dermal treatment with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) as its core ingredient — designed to support skin through Collagen Active Renewal Technology, gradually restoring firmness, contour, and texture.
Some treatments add volume. Some stimulate the body’s own collagen. JULÄINE does both — a collagen-stimulating dermal treatment with poly-L-lactic acid at its core. The treatment uses microcarrier technology to deliver PLLA precisely into the dermis, where it gently signals fibroblast cells to produce new collagen over time. The result is not an instant change but a progressive transformation that builds over weeks and months.
JULÄINE is positioned at the intersection of dermal replenishment and structural restoration. It addresses the skin’s deeper layers where collagen loss first begins — the gradual thinning of the dermis that precedes visible lines and sagging.
What JULÄINE Addresses
Each benefit flows from the same mechanism: PLLA stimulating fibroblasts to produce new Type I and III collagen — the structural and supportive collagen types.
How JULÄINE Works
JULÄINE uses poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) as its core active ingredient — a biocompatible and absorbable polymer that gradually stimulates fibroblasts in the dermis. PLLA is not a filler. It does not sit in the tissue as a visible deposit. It works as a biostimulator, sending a signal to the body’s own collagen-producing cells.
The treatment employs Collagen Active Renewal Technology, which incorporates microcarrier technology to precisely deliver the PLLA into the dermis. These microcarriers act as delivery vehicles, bringing the active ingredients to exactly the right depth and prolonging the collagen-stimulating effect over time.
Once in the dermis, the PLLA microparticles trigger a response from fibroblast cells. The fibroblasts recognise the particles and begin depositing new collagen around them — primarily Type I collagen for structural strength, and Type III collagen for resilience and elasticity. Over the following weeks and months, the PLLA is gradually absorbed, leaving behind the collagen structure that the client’s own cells have built.
The results are gradual. The transformation happens from within, as the body produces its own fresh collagen. The outcome is the client’s own tissue, restored.
Treatment Experience
A course of two to three JULÄINE sessions is typical, spaced four to six weeks apart. Each session takes twenty to thirty minutes. A topical numbing cream is applied.
There is some swelling and tenderness for the first few days after each session. The results are not visible immediately. Most people begin to notice a difference around the six to eight week mark after the first session. The full effect is typically visible two to three months after the final session.
The duration of results is one of JULÄINE’s strongest advantages — typically eighteen to twenty-four months from the completion of the course. Results vary by individual.
For complementary approaches, see Profhilo for skin quality and Sculptra for deeper structural collagen stimulation. All available under Injectables & Skin Boosters.
