1. Services

The Skin Oracle provides professional skincare, aesthetic, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments through qualified practitioners and healthcare professionals, where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any treatment, service, product, or pricing structure at any time without prior notice. Where reasonably possible, we will notify affected clients of material changes.

2. Appointments, Bookings, and Cancellations

Appointment Bookings

Appointments may be made through our website, by telephone, email, messaging platforms, or in person.

A booking is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted and confirmed by The Skin Oracle.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking where necessary for operational, clinical, safety, or legal reasons.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To allow us to accommodate other clients, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Where permitted by law:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in the full consultation fee or cancellation fee being charged.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings.

Where insufficient time remains to safely complete the treatment, we may reschedule the appointment and apply applicable cancellation or rebooking fees.

3. Consultation Requirements

Most treatments offered by The Skin Oracle require an initial consultation before treatment can proceed.

The purpose of the consultation is to:

• Assess your skin condition and concerns.

• Review your medical and treatment history.

• Discuss treatment goals and expectations.

• Determine treatment suitability.

• Explain potential risks, benefits, and alternatives.

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment where we believe it is not clinically appropriate, safe, or in the client’s best interests.

4. Treatment Suitability and Client Responsibilities

Prior to treatment, you may be required to complete consultation forms, consent forms, and health questionnaires.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding:

• Medical conditions

• Allergies and sensitivities

• Medications and supplements

• Previous cosmetic procedures

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

• Any other relevant health information

Failure to disclose relevant information may increase treatment risks and affect treatment outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

• All cosmetic and aesthetic treatments involve inherent risks.

• Temporary side effects such as redness, swelling, bruising, irritation, discomfort, or sensitivity may occur.

• Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

• Multiple treatments may be required to achieve desired outcomes.

The Skin Oracle shall not be responsible for complications resulting from inaccurate information provided by a client or failure to follow treatment instructions.

5. Pricing and Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept payment through:

• Credit cards

• Debit cards

• FPS (Faster Payment System)

• Cash

• Other approved payment methods

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Full payment is due at the time services are provided.

• Treatment packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of future appointments.

Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law:

• Completed treatments are non-refundable.

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

• Prepaid packages and promotional offers are non-refundable.

• Approved credits may, at our discretion, be transferred to another treatment of equivalent value.

6. Treatment Packages and Promotions

Unless otherwise specified:

• Treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.

• Promotional pricing is available only during the advertised promotional period.

• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

Unused package sessions expire at the end of the validity period unless otherwise required by law.

No Guarantee of Results

Treatment outcomes vary depending on individual factors, including:
